Entretien
Interviewed online. It took a few days for them to call me back and I spoke with a recruiter and set up my interviews with two different managers. The first one was via Skype and was fairly easy. The second interview was supposed to be at 7 p.m. also via skype and I waited over an hour for the manager from the Charlotte office to call me. The interviews were very easy and the manager from the Charlotte office had led me to believe I had gotten the job. She said I should expect a phone call within the next two days to follow up. I sent the manager an email asking about following up and I never heard anything back. Not only did I have to wait over an hour for an interview that had been scheduled for a week, I was also being ignored. Very unprofessional.

Entretien
The interview process is slightly stressful, but the interviewers are very personable which helps relieve some of the tension. I was interviewed on two different days, and each day, I met with two groups of people. The most impressive part is that, by the end of the second interview (if all goes well), you'll meet and be interviewed by at least one of the principals of the company.
