I posted my resume on Craigslist and was contacted after the owner/CEO saw it. We scheduled an interview for the day after I had been contacted. I was given a tour of the office and warehouse. I was asked the typical interview questions and we chatted a bit about what the position would be like and what I was looking for. I was then offered the position at the end of the interview and accepted.
