3 interviews with sales manager then branch manager and then VP. I went through a few weeks of testing and meeting with management. Everyone was very professional and helpful during this process. I am very thankful to now be working full time for Thyssenkrupp Elevator and would say this is one of the top companies in the world to work for.

This was a low stress interview. The company has a solid sounding six month training program that you are told about. The only problem is that you will not know where in the Southeast you will be stationed until after the training program, which was a no go for me.
