management would sit you down and speak with you regarding your past experiences, education, life goals, and aspirations. they would also talk to you about past jobs and anything else you would like to add. a few managers would interview you. then you would get a call back for another interview, afterwards, you receive a call saying you got the job. call management after interview
It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.
Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
It was quick. I applied online, They called within a week. I spoke briefly with someone. They explained the process of getting started and some of the information about the store. They inquired about my experience when I’d be able to start
