I submitted an application. I was called to come in for an interview. I was not the only person there. She asked me various questions such as what days and times could I work. She asked why I did not work for so long a period. My answer did not change her mind about hiring me. Overall, it was a good interview.
It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.
Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
It was quick. I applied online, They called within a week. I spoke briefly with someone. They explained the process of getting started and some of the information about the store. They inquired about my experience when I’d be able to start
