Entretien
Had to badger the hiring manager with a call for 3-4 days (not consecutive). Finally landed an interview. Interview starting by him telling me everything I had to do in the job. He didn't even ask me ANY questions relating to me like what would you do in a situation or what experience I had. He talked to me as if I was already hired. At the end, he asked me if I had any questions. Of course I didn't have any because he basically answered everything, literally EVERYTHING. Two weeks later I get an envelope with a letter from TJ Maxx saying that I didn't have the job. This wasn't an interview, it was a one-way discussion that lasted 15m.

Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
