Talked recruitment manager at a careers fair and gave them my CV. A phone interview took place next day and links to online programming tests were sent to me soon after. The tests are from interviewzen.com. One of the test is rather difficult and the other one is moderately simple. Got a offer for an in-person interview at their office in the City. It consisted of two one-on-one interviews with their developers, each lasting about 30 minutes. The first one is on basic programming skills. Questions given were about counting bits in integers, searching strings, etc. The second is on object-oriented program design. I was asked to design how objects interacts in a program. I was told at the end that if I was successful, I will be called in for an interview with the board.
