Asked a lot of behavioral based questions. Particularly looking to see if you have experience with children. They are willing to do a skype interview if you are from out of town. They look for employees from all over to add diversity to their work staff.

I was asked a series of questions about myself as a person which I found impressive because it was clear that TIC wanted to know the morals of the people they were hiring. They asked me questions such as when was the last time I put someone before myself or what would I consider my biggest accomplishment. There interview process was unique and fulfilling and allowed me to realize that TIC is a unique community that loves the people they hire.
