Great process. It was organized and informative. I gained clarity on any questions I had about the company. The interviewers were great, and I enjoyed the process overall. The only con is that it can take some time to go over each step, so have some patients and apply for multiple positions.

Entretien
Had an initial phone call then a skills assessment, I was sent the assessment the evening after the phone call, I was told I had 48 hours to complete. The senior representative was rudely persistent in following up about taking the assessment, and five minutes after completing they had the audacity to email me saying "I was not a fit based on results". I have over four years of call center experience......
about 30 min, not too hard. STAR method questions. Not sure how things went honestly.They said I should hear back in about 2 weeks. We will see how it turns out.
