J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez TIAA (Charlotte, NC) en juil. 2019
Entretien
TIAA is more concerned with political correctness and "diversity" than actual skills and experience. Spent 2 weeks with phone interview, paperwork and background check, online recorded video question/answer, and finally a 60 minute grilling with 2 managers. There was little emphasis on my skills and background in customer service, contact center, financial knowledge, or achievements. Ageism also reared its ugly head as two managers clearly, through eye contact and body language, had little interest in what I was saying. STAR questions abounded, over 7 total, with little emphasis on the actual job. A robotic experience wrapped in a PC culture. I can only imagine who was hired instead; likely based on demographics and quotas. Found it strange they would not allow me to see their contact center (Charlotte). Whats to hide?? A disappointing and wasted experience beyond seeing how di-worse-ity has ruined what appeared to be a previously good culture and organization.

Question 1
STAR questions, blah blah....... No interest in my work, skills beyond these questions on a form.
