HR person that contacted me was not very responsive. It took them about a week to get everyone's schedule to set up the interview. Of course, when HR people are themselves contract employees, it is no wonder they do not seem invested in their job.

One call for normal communication about interview process. And for confirmation and interview schedule. I need to know about a company policies, facilities,culture and environment. Also I interested to know about company people and his work .

Was recruited during the start of COVID and online interaction. Had a singular interview with 5-6 people focused on behaviorals tied to my resume. Was very laid back and seemed more like a conversation. Majority of interviewers were analysts with the exception of 1-2.
