There was one interview with the President and owner. I learned of the job opening through word of mouth and met with the President informally to see if there was a fit. The job was not yet available. There were a couple of phone conversations after then the job opened up.

The interview was more like a conversation than a job interview. There weren't any difficult questions.
Referred to the company through word of mouth. There was a short interview over phone. Then a face-to-face interview that was more like a conversation. No difficult questions were asked. The position was not yet open. About one month after the interview, the position opened up and I was offered the position. Accepted.

The interview was more like a conversation. There weren't any difficult questions. We discussed my qualifications and the President's expectations for the job. Most of the interview was about the President's requirements for the job and his needs in terms of QA.
