The interview process was messy and it is clear they already have someone for the position (likely are promoting internally) and had to do this for legal reasons. They rescheduled my interview 3 times with clearly fake excuses as to why. During the interview, the interviewee never responded to anything I said and was clearly reading from a sheet and did not intend for any human interaction. I was denied after Round 1, even though Round 1 went smoothly and I am overqualified for the job. I only received a company-sent email from a 'no reply' address to inform me they were not moving on with my application--not from the recruiter themself. The position was way below my experience and the salary was extremely low, which is also worrisome for an organization that has endless funds. For an org that touts human rights, the application process was quite negative.
