Emailed me about scheduling a first-round recruiter call. The recruiter proceeded to cancel due to a time conflict. We found another time to meet. They did not show up for the meeting at this time and have ghosted me since. Also, they have not replied to any of my emails about rescheduling. Very unprofessional experience. They do not value others' time.
