It took a week since I applied and the manager of the team called me himself asking some questions about my background and saying he's very interested in my CV. They sent me a dataset and asked me to do machine learning analysis on it, create a power point presentation explaining the steps that I took, and providing an action plan. I spent 2 days working on it and when we had the interview I felt like it went well and I was asked to do a third interview with HR and take a personality test. In the third interview, I was asked the same questions about my background and some HR related questions which was weird since I discussed it with them in the past 2 interviews. I got a rejection message one day after the last interview saying that they decided to move with an applicant that has a better background in developing predictive models in business environment. I was very disappointed because they could've told me in the first step that there's someone with a better background and I wouldn't have spent so much time and energy on the task.

Question 1
There are 2 datasets, one for training and one for scoring. Please use the first one to train models that predict what customers are more likely to churn than the other (feel free to leverage the tools that seem most adapted to you). And then score the second dataset with your best model.
One Assignment was presented to me which was a problem to be sold and a phone call with 5 team member to present the solution and the the charts! It was easy to get to the interview but the assignment was very time consuming!

Entretien
The interview had two rounds, one with the hiring manager followed by a presentation to the director. Both were friendly and the interview process was completed within 2 weeks. They discussed the problems they were working on and gave a good overview of things.

Entretien
There is an interview with the hiring manager and HR followed by a panel interview with a take-home assignment. In the final step, there is an interview with the director. The process might be different from team to team.
