Applied online, got a call a week later for a phone interview then moved forward to come in for a face to face interview scheduled four days after the phone interview. I thought the interview went really well. They proceeded to take copies of my I.D's for a background check, it has now been three weeks and I have not heard from them.
I am curious though, Will they let me know that the position has already "been filled"?

Very thorough - well thought out interview. interviewer was nice and experienced, pretty standard interview questions all around. there was also the ability to converse about the job and the responsibilities during and after the interview.

Entretien
Interview questions were pretty straightforward, questions about why you should be hired, and what will you bring to the team. I gave them scenery of how have been of great helps to customers, have had over positive feedback from customers over the years.
They ask you typical questions about customer service and solving people's problems. As long as you have ears on your head you can answer the questions they give you. Usually they sit outside the store and do the interview. Be prepared to have distractions walking around you.
