Entretien
First, I had to take an online behavioral test sent from the recruiter. I was then contacted by an HR recruiting representative and had a quick 15 minute over the phone interview. A day later, I received a call from the store manager and went in for a face to face interview. There were 2 people interviewing me.
Very thorough - well thought out interview. interviewer was nice and experienced, pretty standard interview questions all around. there was also the ability to converse about the job and the responsibilities during and after the interview.

Entretien
Interview questions were pretty straightforward, questions about why you should be hired, and what will you bring to the team. I gave them scenery of how have been of great helps to customers, have had over positive feedback from customers over the years.
They ask you typical questions about customer service and solving people's problems. As long as you have ears on your head you can answer the questions they give you. Usually they sit outside the store and do the interview. Be prepared to have distractions walking around you.
