Was offered a 1-hour phone interview 1 week after applying. Interview was with 2 engineers who are part of the TELUS leadership program and are recent university graduates. Only behavioral questions and questions related to telecommunications were asked. Was told this was the only part of the interview process for co-op students and heard back from them about 2 weeks later with a job offer.

Interview process involved standard 1:1 interview with manager and senior developer. Background check was also required after interview. Interviewers were nice and friendly. The manager gave me full picture of the technology used in the company and what to expect from my position. The senior software engineer also provided and expanded more on the technical aspect of some devop services that they use
