It was a partner company endorsed candidacy. Attended multiple casual interviews and participated in multiple phone conferences for formality purposes. An offer was pending due to multi-company processes, including contractor process.
Applied online and was contacted via email to schedule the first interview. Then a series of interviews via zoom, starting with HR screening, followed by hiring manager, and team members.

Entretien
The process was faster than expected. Didn't got the job but it was very insightful. Semi-formal interactions. Human resource profile that contacted me was very polite and thoughtful. First interview was a phone call. They asked me about general experience. The second interview came a week later and I used business casual clothes of course. Was a one on one meeting.
