Applied through company website, emailed a test took about 45mins, emailed again about a week later about a phone screening, invited to a in person interview, did typing test had to score (minimum of 35 wph) and a grammar test (score 70% or better) grammar test was pretty easy mostly spelling and word placement, the same day after testing had an interview (behavioral questions "name a time") and was offered job after interview.

Name a time you did not get your problem resolved but experience good customer service and explain why it was good customer service?
2 part process with a video screening before moving onto the virtual interview. Questions focused on the app and how you would deal with patients. It was about a month process.
Meet with recruiter, then move onto interview with director, and finally a panel interview. In the panel interview you get given a case study to read which is then followed by answering some questions.

It wasn't that hard, the interviewer asked some common questions about myself, why I wanted to work there an so on. It was pretty easy being honest, I think that was one of the easiest interviews I have ever had and I'm currently working at Telus.
