El proceso de la entrevista fue fácil sin embargo la persona encargada tiene multiples agente a su cargo de los cuales solamente se preocupa si ellos usan los auxiliares correctamente no provee feedback correspondiente a interaciones llamadas o algo por el estilo.

La persona me evaluó primero en ingles antes de pasar a francés dando expectativas de que la compaña seria con alto volumen de interaciones cuestionándome si tengo problemas de ansiedad o algo parecido debido a que los clientes serian más difíciles de lo normal
2 part process with a video screening before moving onto the virtual interview. Questions focused on the app and how you would deal with patients. It was about a month process.
Meet with recruiter, then move onto interview with director, and finally a panel interview. In the panel interview you get given a case study to read which is then followed by answering some questions.

It wasn't that hard, the interviewer asked some common questions about myself, why I wanted to work there an so on. It was pretty easy being honest, I think that was one of the easiest interviews I have ever had and I'm currently working at Telus.
