I was contacted by a recruiter, went through a language test first and soon after would have an online interview, in English. Recruiter was very kind and overall easy to talk to. I also had a video interview meeting right afterwards with a person who explained to me in detail how the company and this job works.

Communication was generally clear, with a strong focus on cultural fit, though timelines varied and follow-up responses could sometimes be delayed or inconsistent.
