The interview process was structured and detailed mainly through by email not video or phone calling. If you pass the interview phase you will receive several video lessons for the job position that takes several weeks.
It was just an assessment, so it was easy. I wouldn't really consider that an interview, however, it was still easy and not hard and once I passed I was able to start making money

First you need to pass a test after more than one week you will receive a long assessment and you should succeed at the first part to pass to the other parts and you have one week to complete it.

It’s a series of packet reading and an open book test. You’re told to rate based on your opinion but are constricted by their oppressive guidelines. There is no interview process.
