The worst interview I have ever been too. The interviewer was not confident enough to speak in English and she did not even know how to take an interview. I had to explain a lot to explain to her what does this phrase mean, and later received the feedback that my answers were not concise. She did not even asked a single question which can lead to an interview process for the position I applied for.

Bit lengthy and took 2 weeks of time, none the less good interaction with mangers senior level leaders as well as employees, had to go through multiple level of interview interaction

If you apply from CFN, you will get the opportunity to get a walk-in interview. It's a 1h interview and if you pass that, the second interview will be in their office in Tokyo.

Pros:
I had an In-office Interview with 2 BMs and DBO. The people who took my Interview were really great and utmost professional especially Rohan...It really showed how good the culture is which made a good impression.
There were 3 rounds of (simple) Interview.
The office and the ambience was really good and neat.
The Recruiter who handled my candidature was professional and responsive.
The onboarding process was really smooth and the HRs were really cooperative.
Suggestion:
Overall the process took around 3 weeks to complete (which is understandable) but could have been reduced.
