Two step interview, one hour in person with Team Lead and Director. Second step is a half day shadow with a Senior Recruiter, for me it was very chill. We just went over what it is like for the day of a recruiter.

Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
