It was a smooth process from the start. The people at the office were super friendly and it was more of a discussion than an interview. The discussion in itself was very constructive and you get a lot of feedback at the end on all aspects of the interview which would be an add on improving you instantly if your getting the job or would in itself be a good learning experience if you don't! Overall, even at first glance you feel that it is an office where a great deal of importance is placed on the work culture and so a great place to work.
