Very straight forward. Come prepared with questions examples. Big piece of view is the cultural fit whether or not that you have demonstrated persistence and Grit. Be sure to bring examples that directly tied to a time that you should persistence for you navigating through a tough situation.

Met with HR once and then proceeded with actual interview with 2 people. Overall good vibes with one but the other lady was very cold. They were late as well.
