Only consisted of phone interview - told about rate - rate was "non-negotiable". Took drug test, interviewed with company. Got the job. The panel interview was a little bit tricky because there were many people and you had to talk to them and then look at them. It was nerve racking. I think they wanted to shake you up a little bit to see what you are made of.

It was basicaly a joke. start date was wrong, the amount they offered to pay was insulting
