J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 5 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez TEKsystems (Boston, MA) en oct. 2014

Applied the first week of October and had a phone interview shortly after. The interviewer said he was very impressed and would get back to me about an opportunity to attend their open house later that month. He was fired during that time and my information was not given to anyone else in the office. I then had to call the office myself where I was told they would give me another phone interview - never called. I contacted the director of the office and she connected me with someone else in the office who gave me a phone interview. For some reason he transferred me to a recruiter in a different office who gave me two more phone interviews. This was the most stressful experience with a company I've had to deal with. Four of the same phone interviews with three different people over the span of five months, and then they denied the opportunity for me to go in for an in-person interview. After doing all the work just to speak with someone myself, you'd think they would at least give me some of their time too. Glad I wasn't given the chance to work with such a disorganized group of people.

Met with HR once and then proceeded with actual interview with 2 people. Overall good vibes with one but the other lady was very cold. They were late as well.

Okay not difficult but no feedback after waiting to hear back from them. Go through your experience and motivations, what you think a day in recruitment is like, 3 stage process, you will see loads of people

4 rounds, all done within 1 week. First round call, second round with HR, third round with seniors, potentially your team lead, fourth round either leadership. They are all nice and easy going
