They first do a telephone screen and then a panel video interview..If you pass they will send out a harrison assessment to you. They were completely distracted during the interview, reading emails, and typing and looking away from the camera the whole time.

It consists of 3 stages, 1st is a screening interview, 2nd is with 3 managers from a panel, and 3rd is a half day, then offer!
Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
