Thorough screening and interview process. It helped that they wanted to see me in person before submitting my resume to the client. It was easier to establish rapport that way instead of a cold impersonal phone call which seems to be the interview/screening norm these day.

The process was quick. From resume submission to offer was less than 2 weeks. The interview was standard and very casual and comfortable. There were some questions about past positions that translated to the requirements of the job I was interviewing for.

For me, TEKsystems called me and asked a few questions about my background (screening). After that, I had an interview with the hiring manager, HR Representative, and maybe another co-worker.
