As with other consulting positions, the recruiter calls because your resume is on a Resume site. We chatted on the phone for about 20 minutes. I had an in-person interview the next day. At that time, a client was not identified. The next day I received a call that I would have an interview with a client - I was immediately accepted.

Phone interview first, then virtual, then on person. Asked me a lot about my background. They asked me to describe my experiences, past history, and processes used. They also prepped me for the client i terview process and ehat to expect.

Straightforward call. Recruiter was helpful. Friendly and transparent about job responsibilities and salary. They gave me plenty of time to ask questions and followed up thereafter. I would use their services again.
