Was contacted by one of their technical recruiters who shared a job opening for my consideration. After confirming my interest, they requested to submit an updated resume and two references at a managerial level.
After several phone calls with the recruiter, and then with her manager, and after they contacted my references and got all my information on hands, I was told my dossier was going to be submitted to their client and that I would hear from them shortly with updates.
4 weeks have passed and 2 follow up emails and I have not received a reply.
Do not waste your time with TEKsystems, they are just looking to fulfill their quotas and enlarge their candidate's database with fake job openings.

Phone interview first, then virtual, then on person. Asked me a lot about my background. They asked me to describe my experiences, past history, and processes used. They also prepped me for the client i terview process and ehat to expect.

Straightforward call. Recruiter was helpful. Friendly and transparent about job responsibilities and salary. They gave me plenty of time to ask questions and followed up thereafter. I would use their services again.
