A recruiter from TEKsystems reached out to me and expressed interest, so we scheduled an interview with another recruiter for the following week. The recruiter never reached out to me for the interview and when I emailed both to clarify the situation neither responded. Then about a month or two later I got a random call from another recruiter wanting to do the interview at that moment. I politely declined as the company seems incredibly unorganized and not on top of their recruiting process.

Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
