Long and emotional. They ask you a lot about your life story. Tell you to start from when you were a kid. They get to know about your family structure, hobbies, failures, what drives you. They are making sure you are tough and can handle the aggressiveness and grit it takes to be good at this job.

After the application the initial step is a Phone screen by an internal recruiter. If you are selected than you will be asked to come in for an on sight interview with the Director. The final step is a half day job shadow with two recruiters and an account manager. You will be evaluated by your attentiveness and your ability to ask relevant questions about the job, and your willingness to learn.
