Phone screening with a recruiter, followed by an in person interview. Two people conducted the interview. Asked about who you were as a person. Very much detail went into seeing if you were a culture fit rather than previous experience

Met with HR once and then proceeded with actual interview with 2 people. Overall good vibes with one but the other lady was very cold. They were late as well.

4 rounds, all done within 1 week. First round call, second round with HR, third round with seniors, potentially your team lead, fourth round either leadership. They are all nice and easy going
