Everyone in the office was very friendly to me upon arrival, and the interview was very casual. It seemed much more like a conversation than an actual interview. The interviewer really wanted to know about why I applied to the company and worked diligently to ensure that I would be an appropriate fit.

It consists of 3 stages, 1st is a screening interview, 2nd is with 3 managers from a panel, and 3rd is a half day, then offer!
Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
