The first step is a phone screen with an Internal Recruiter, followed by a phone screen with the Director of Business Operations, and the final step is a half day where you interview with a panel of senior leaders then shadow some of the current recruiters

It consists of 3 stages, 1st is a screening interview, 2nd is with 3 managers from a panel, and 3rd is a half day, then offer!
Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
