Entretien
I applied through a pool campus in Bhubaneswar. The process took 1 day. The first round was a written test consisting of 60 MCQs. The MCQs were fairly easy and we were allotted 60 minutes. The mathematics section was very easy and the technical section had the most weightage consisting mainly of basic C and Java debugging and output questions. Out of the 360 students, 80 students were selected for the 2nd round which was a GD. GD consisted of topics like Make In India, Education qualifications of Politicians and Online shopping vs Offline shopping. It is necessary to speak well in this round. Then from the 80 students only 25 students were selected for technical and HR interview rounds. After the first Technical Interview, about 10 students were rejected. All others had another technical/HR round. Some students had 2 HR rounds after which only 7 were finally selected.

3. pair programming (add features to said cli) talk and code at the same time

Had an initial phone screen -> Video phone screen with account manager -> met with the client in person where I had to do some actual coding and answer tech questions -> got an offer no more than 2 hours later.

They asked general questions about my experience and kept pushing for more details. They wanted to make sure I actually had those skills and wasn't just putting them on the resume for appeal

Entretien
First was the aptitude with one coding questions. You had code in Java. And then shortlisted for interview process. There it was group discussion.and then was 2 technical interview. First round technical interview asked sql, python, java , oops concepts also. My interviewer didn't ask anything about my resume projects.
