The interview was average. All the questions are typical interview question which can seen on websites. I was able to clear the interview
After discussion with HR about salary and joining date, I was waiting for an offer letter. I tried following up with her via mails sometimes over the call but no response.
Finally I decided to send a final mail thinking that "Lets give her a last chance", she responded back saying "She could not get approval from senior mgmt and she thought that I would join another company so she dint respond almost for a month".
My Question to you is "Who are you to think about which company I will join ??"
I was really upset that even after clearing interview I dint get offer letter, just for sending offer letter they are acting like bank guys.
My Suggestion to whoever reads this "Never Join Such Company Even If You Are Unemployed"
because they are not "MAN OF THEIR WORDS"

Firstly after shortlisting my resume which had every minute detail of my experience they scheduled my first round of interview.
Well after first round I was said to appear for KARAT assessment and I also cleared the same
Later I had an interview round with client and the interview was taken for SQL which was not my forte as I had experience in core Java hence I couldn’t clear it. After this they scheduled my face to face interview with client which was in core Java. After my interview I was given great feedback that my technical skills are so good and so on but in evening I was informed by the HR that they have rejected again and the reason was I have no experience in BANKING, like seriously didn’t you see my resume and I have been involved in this since a month. Pathetic experience I had won’t recommend trusting them at all.

Entretien
The interview process with TEKsystems was so smooth and one of the best interview process I had till now. The recruiters were very supportive and encouraging throughout my interview process as they discussed everything before setting up the technical interview, like technology, job description, work environment and other related topics, which helped me to make the decision to join the company and later in the interview as well.
The Technical interview was also two way discussion over topics, not just one way question answering, which make things easier to express myself as an good candidate for the job.
