It was a phone interview that took about 15 minutes. It was fairly quick and easy to handle. They asked me a variety of questions that pertained to the military and my knowledge of their procedures. Hiring took a little bit because I had to obtain my security clearance before i could actually start but i was given the job immediately after the phone interview.
