J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez TE Connectivity (Raleigh, NC) en févr. 2014
Entretien
Interview was very long, drawn out, and the one of the interviewers was not even on time, really great insight into how the company really works. Hiring process by comparison was relatively painless.

Hiring process was fast although it's not professional and sequential.
Interview started with a technical discussion with the manager and team members. First round was technical discussion but nothing technical was asked. Then HR round general behaviour questions and then stakeholder round with thr people from the US.
Everything was good until it comes to the final result. I got positive response from the interviewers themselves my point of contact gave me positive response and then after the final round HR manager calls me to ask notice period and my expectation when I asked : "I am through?" "I am selected or not"? Then the HR says I cannot comment on that because we have to discuss.
It was evident that discussion was around notice and expected compensation my issue is these are the things which are discussed during the screening if you are having issues then why waste the time? You should be clear on your requirement when I was clear with my availability and expectations and then you keep on asking through mails but no one bothers to respond you.

Left a very bitter taste in my mouth, and could be the worst candidate experience I've came across. The recruiter sent me an email asking how and when they can contact me for a phone interview, to which I promptly responded and had not heard anything back. A week later, the recruiter sent an automated rejection email for the position.
In a previous interview with the company, I had gone through 3 rounds of interviews, then waited 2 months to hear anything back, finally receiving a rejection letter. I'm fine with the company's decision in both cases, however, they were both handled unprofessionally.
