Do not waste your time in this long process, which includes creating a pitch deck, unless you are willing to sign a longer-than-normal non-compete. They also verbally discuss an offer and fail to put everything they discuss in clear writing. Nice guys though!

The process took a few months and involved different levels of leadership. This gave plenty of time for both parties to see if it was the right fit. I appreciated their thoroughness and organization throughout the process.
