I interviewed with two people from the department I would have joined. They both were very friendly, personable and asked great questions. I thought the interview went well, and was asked to send further materials for them to review. I was told I would hear back the next week. That same day, I sent along my materials, along with follow-up emails to both individuals I met with thanking them for their time and expressing my interest in the role and company. I never heard back from either individual, nor the company's HR department about the position. I wish they would have informed me that they were going with another candidate because I awaited a response for 3-4 weeks thinking they might just be slow. Although my experience wasn't the most positive, this seems like a great company to work for.
