J'ai postulé via une autre source. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez TD (Vancouver, BC)
Entretien
Unprofessional people. They approached me via LinkedIn in, set up three different interviews I passed the first 2, however on the third one the area manager told me I don't know why you have been approached, you are over qualified. They just wasted a lot of my time.
J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez TD (Toronto, ON) en avr. 2012
Entretien
I was contacted by a staffing agency that i had registered with, went thru two interviews with them first to verify my knowledge in finance and languages (bilinguale was a requirement)
after that I had a phone interview with someone from TD. which then led to face to face interview in TD headquarters, the interview setting was a bit intimidating they invited me to a very small room where ther was a desk and two chairs. (I'm nota shy person and im not usually worried about this kind of think) this was a really small room where any one would feel uncomfortable I was interviewed by two people in that room and had maybe 1 foot distance - first was the interview in english then the second one in french.
