I was asked basic Banking and prospecting questions. I was asked my strengths and weaknesses. I was asked why I want this position and how I would set my pipeline in place. I asked the manager what are the most important attributes would I need to be successful here. She told me, then I told her why she needs my expertise.
I used sales stories where appropriate. M

Tell me about yourself and why you want to be an FSR?
There was only one store manager in the interview. It was an in person interview. Before that, I also went through a phone interview. Overall, their interview was pretty easy.
1st phone, 2nd video call (2 different people), 3rd offer letter, 4th go take pick up pcs, 5th start working. Customer service type of questions. Tell me about yourself. Weaknesses and strengthens
