1. Phone Screening: The initial phone screening focused primarily on my resume and background. The recruiter asked questions based on my experience, including why I applied for the position and how my past roles align with the responsibilities of the role.
2. Virtual Call: The next step was a virtual interview, where the focus shifted to behavioral questions. The interviewer asked situational questions about handling difficult customer interactions, demonstrating teamwork, and showcasing problem-solving skills.
Only one round with a recruiter. I was asked some technical and behavioural questions particularly about the position. Whole process was so smooth and HR responded quickly. Overall experience was excellent.
