Behavioural 30 min interview for various global markets desks. Most of the interviews are meant to "vibe check" you and see if you have a good attitude. Also specific questions on what the desk actually trades.
It was with two interviewers. It was actually highly conversational and very much focused on behavorial questions. I didin't get asked any techinicals despite prepping for them. They really care about fit factor so make sure to explain why TD and why the trading floor in perticular.

Interview went alright, mainly behavioural, asked some questions regarding the market view and how you follow the market. No huge technicals, did interview with an associate, and with the director.
