The interview process was organized, and HR was polite, responsive, and always available to answer any questions. It began with a phone interview where HR explained the process in detail.
Next, I had an interview with two colleagues from the same level. Since they didn’t have in-depth knowledge of the technology, the questions were quite general (explaining the components of the technology, no coding required).
Following that, I met with managers from both the technology and business sides. This interview focused more on my experience, my weaknesses, overcoming past challenges, and walking through my resume.
There was an optional final interview with the VP, which I did not have.
After the interviews, I received a verbal offer, and once I accepted, a formal offer was sent by email.
Overall, the process was fairly easy, but that may have been because I was already an expert in the technology.
