After submission of my online application, i was informed that it was reviewed by the in-house recruiter+ hiring manager to narrow candidates who were reached out to schedule the interview. The interview was with two members of the research science team and was for 45mins but extended to 1hour.

Q. Technical: Given a situation/ research request (almost like a white-boarding exercise) and wanted me to share how i would approach creating a research plan for this research

After HR screening, Round 1 - Chat with hiring manager
Round 2 - Chat with the team (2 or more people) this is followed by case study presentation to a larger panel

Had an initial intro call w/ HR, followed by a 30-minute 1-1, ~1.5 hour group interview where I presented on previous design work and a case study, and a final 1-1.
